1. Information We Collect

When you register or order services on NexterCloud, we collect:

• Account details: Full name, email address, phone number, and Discord username.
• Technical logs: IP address used for login, server access logs, and bandwidth usage statistics.
• Payment metadata: Transaction IDs and gateway status (we do NOT store raw credit card numbers or UPI PINs).

2. How We Use Your Information

We process your data strictly to provision your game/VPS servers, automate billing invoices, send critical maintenance notices, and filter DDoS attacks targeting your IP addresses. We never sell or trade your data to third-party advertisers.

3. Data Storage & Encryption

All account passwords are encrypted using bcrypt salted hashes. Database communication between client portals and hypervisor nodes is protected using TLS 1.3 encryption.

4. Third-Party Services

We integrate with trusted Tier-1 providers for payment processing (Cashfree Payments) and DDoS network scrubbing. These providers access only the minimal data required to authorize your payment or filter network floods.

5. Account Deletion & Right to Be Forgotten

You can request complete deletion of your NexterCloud account and associated server backups by opening a ticket on our Client Portal. Account data will be permanently wiped within 7 business days unless retention is required by financial compliance laws.
