Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. 72-Hour Money-Back Guarantee

We want you to test our network with zero risk. First-time orders for Game Servers (Minecraft, Rust, Discord Bot) and Web Hosting are eligible for a 100% full refund within 72 hours of initial purchase if you are unsatisfied with performance or latency.

2. Non-Refundable Services

The following services are excluded from money-back refunds due to non-recoverable supplier setup costs:

• Custom Enterprise KVM VPS & Dedicated Bare-Metal Servers.
• Domain registrations, SSL certificates, and custom IP allocation fees.
• Recurring service renewals (refunds apply to first-time orders only).

3. How to Request a Refund

To initiate a refund request within the 72-hour window, log into your NexterCloud Client Portal, select your active service, and open a ticket titled "Billing / Refund Request". Approved refunds will be processed back to your original payment method within 3–5 business days.

4. Chargebacks & Unauthorized Disputes

Filing a PayPal dispute or bank chargeback without contacting NexterCloud support first will result in immediate suspension of all services, termination of server data, and blacklisting across our billing network. Please reach out to our team first so we can resolve any issues!
